摘要
大学生中非正式群体的存在及其对学生行为的影响是不可忽视的。本文对大学生非正式群体的形成原因、类型及其行为影响进行分析 ,从而提出相应的管理措施。
It should not be ignored that the existence of the informal groups among college students and their influence upon one anther's behavior.This essay analyzes the reasons,the types and influence of the existing groups,and then presents the relevant measures we should take.
