简论成人高校的目标定位

随着成人教育的发展 ,成人教育的对象和要求都发生了变化。高职、中专、技校的中等教育学生已成为成人高校的重要生源 ,他们与普通高校、高职院校毕业生一起参与就业市场竞争。文章指出成人高校只有找准自己的位置 ,培养适应经济发展所需要的复合型人才 ,才能提高自身的竞争力 ,占有就业择业市场份额。

With the development of the adult education, both its objects and requirements have changed. Students of secondary education coming from vocational school, secondary school and technical school have become the main source for institution of higher adult education. Together with graduates from colleges and universities and higher vocational school, they compete in market competition of occupation and job-hunting. This article chiefly points out that only when adult higher schools find right position, train versatile talents for the development of economy, can they have the power to compete, to occupy a part in personnel market.
