论秘书人员与WTO

该文通过分析“入世”前后秘书工作的变化 ,论述了秘书人员面对 WTO所存在的不足 ,提出了通过提高秘书人员的素养来应对 WTO,以适应 WTO对秘书人员提出的新要求。

By analyzing variation of the secretary work before and after WTO Entry, this paper states the deficiency of secretaries when confronted with WTO. It puts forward that the secretaries should improve their quality to meet WTO`s new requirements on them.
