摘要
我国企业人本管理中存在的问题是:“官本位”现象普遍,部分企业领导不尊重企业职工的主人翁地位,企业培训经费缺乏,人才流失严重. 企业对此应采取的具体对策有:改革用人机制,重视职工培训,推行“大稳定,小流动”的用工制度.
The problems that exist in China抯 employee-centered management are as follows: the common phenomenon of 憃fficial rank standard? the lack of 慹mployees are masters?in the mind of leaders in some enterprise, the lack of expenses for the training of employees, the serious brain drain. Therefore, enterprises should reform the leadership style, strengthen the master status of the employees, improve in-service training and promote the employment institution to 憇trategical stability and tactical mobility?
