摘要
科技创新是个人、组织和各种环境因素相互作用的结果,而不是从新知识到新产品的一条直线.企业在科技创新过程中可能受到各种因素的影响,政府的任务就是降低创新各方的风险,利用市场力量去刺激创新.探讨了影响企业科技创新的主要因素,分析了政府在企业科技创新中的作用,并提出运用法律制度对影响企业科技创新的主要因素进行规制.
Science & technology innovation is the interactive result of individuals, organizatios and various environment factors,ratherthan a straight line from the knowle dge to the new products.The enterprise probably suffers the influence of various factors in the course of science & technology innovation.And the assignment of government is to reduce the risks as well as irritate enterprises to innovate by market strength.The paper analyses the major factor influencing enterprise's science & technology innovation and the government role in enterprises,moreover put forward some suggestions that using the law system to rule the major factors which influence enterprise's science & technology innovation.
