21世纪的主题是可持续发展,21世纪的科技发展对人们的思想和其生存环境产生了巨大的影响,但同时也造成很多负面的影响,试用基于生态和环境的哲学思想来分析土木建筑和环境的可持续发展.
The theme of 21'st Century is the sustainable development. And Civil technology is a branch of Engineering and it has benefit to us greatly. But on the other hand it also give us lots of bad things. This paper wants to discuss the development of civil technology by protecting ecological environment of nature and improving urban environment.
