摘要
通过分析服务利润链中的各个要素,阐明了企业服务链上企业、员工、顾客与利润之间的关系,并在此基础上提出了企业运用服务利润链进行管理的相应对策.
This article argues every essential element of the Service Profit Chain, and explains the relations among the enterpries, staffs, customers and profit. On the base of these, the article provides some counter measures for Modern Enterprises on how to conduct the Service Profit Chain Management.
