摘要
洗衣机、洗碗机等电器设备中使用的电脑板要求具有良好的抗湿热特性 ,目前一般采用对电脑板及其上元器件用灌封胶密封起来的方法。在介绍电子控制器灌封胶使用特性的基础上 。
Circuit board used in wiring such as washing machine and automatic dishwasher needs to have the good features to resist the humid and heat.In order to solve such a problem,it is usually filled the circuit board and parts with sealing glues presently.First introduce the characteristics of sealing glues for electronic controller,and then mainly discussed operation or processing and some problems needed to pay attention to when the electron controller is filled by sealing machine.
