骨髓间充质干细胞诱导分化为心肌细胞的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞具有自我更新,分化增殖和多向分化潜能的特点,在体外通过化学物质5-氮胞苷的诱导作用,可分化为心肌样细胞;在体内通过干细胞因子和粒细胞集落刺激因子等作用,也可动员骨髓间充质干细胞分化为心肌样细胞,能有效改善心功能,具有广阔的临床应用前景。
