摘要
介绍了北京大学深圳医院实施“一体两翼”经营模式的主要措施和成效,认为这是对传统医院经营模式的重大突破,是该院领导班子坚持改革创新,充分利用和发挥经营管理自主权,按照“有所为有所不为”方针,扩展新视野,开拓新思路,积极探索管理创新的结果。“一体两翼”经营模式是深圳医院对医院体制和制度的创新。而体制与制度创新则是源于理念创新。首先是创立了现代医院的服务理念,把“以病人为中心”发展为“以人的健康为中心”。从而扩大了医院的职能和服务领域。创立了“健康产业”的概念,把体检等工作当作“健康产业”运作。创立了后勤工作“社会化”、“大后勤观”和“高附加值”等理念。该院的经验既有实验价值,又有导向作用,有着普遍的应用价值。
