麻醉药对豚鼠视诱发电位的影响

摘要 目的 研究 3种常用全身麻醉药对豚鼠闪光视诱发电位 (F VEP)的影响。方法 使用多功能电生理诊断仪检测麻醉前、麻醉及麻醉后 2小时戊巴比妥钠组、氯氨酮组、乙醚组的F VEP ,测量P1波的潜伏期及振幅值。结果 麻醉后豚鼠的F VEP波形有明显变化 ,主要表现为P1波振幅降低及潜伏期延长 ;麻醉后 2小时各组P1波振幅值提高 ,潜伏期缩短。结论 F VEP是客观反映视神经功能的简便有效的方法 ,但麻醉药及麻醉深浅度均对F VEP有影响。 Objective To study the effects of ketamine,pentobarbitone and ether on flash visual evoked potential (F-VEP) of guinea pig.Methods The UTAS-E2000 multifunction electric physiological apparatus was used to check F-VEP before anesthetic,anesthetic and 2 hour after anesthetic in guinea pigs.Results The amplitude of F-VEP in anesthetic guinea pigs decreased significantly compared with before anesthetic,but the latency increased significantly.Conclusion F-VEP is an abstract Objective and effective method of showing optic nerve function,but the anesthetic agents and depth of anesthesia will affect it.
