切口方位与白内障摘出术后视力和散光的关系

The influence of different position of incisions on vision and astigmatism after cataract surgery

目的 评价白内障手术不同方位角膜缘切口与术后视力和散光的关系。方法 77例 (87眼 )白内障在 12点(A组 )或在 10点半 (B组 )行小切口非乳化囊外摘出术 ,在术后不同时间比较两组间视力及散光的差别。结果 在术后第1、3和 6月时B组的视力均优于A组 ,角膜散光均低于A组 ,两组间差异均有显著性。结论 为了减轻术后反应、减少术后散光、提高视力 ,对术前散光 <1 0D的白内障患者最好在 9～ 12点方位作切口行摘出手术。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the different position of corneoscleral limbus incision and vision or astigmatism in cataract surgery. Methods The nonphacoemulsification extracapsular extraction surgery was performed by using small tunnel incision at 12:00(group A) or 10:30 (group B) on 77 cases (87 eyes).In different time after surgery the difference of vision and astigmatism between two groups were compared. Results The vision of group B was better than that of group A and the astigmatism of group B was lower than that of group A in different time after surgery.The difference was statistically significant in 1,3,6 months after surgery. Conclusion In order to lighten the postoperative reaction,astigmatism and enhance the vision,cataract extraction surgery at 9:00-12:00 is better for patients with preoperative astigmatism lower than 1.0 D.
