表面麻醉在小切口非乳化白内障摘出术中的应用

Application of the topical anesthesia in the small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction

目的 观察小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入手术 ,应用表面麻醉的效果。方法 表面麻醉剂 0 5 %爱尔卡因于结膜囊冲洗后及放置开睑器前各滴 1次。术中观察麻醉效果。结果 43 0例麻醉效果达Ⅰ级者 3 95例 (91 85 % ) ,Ⅱ级者 2 6例 (6 0 5 % ) ,Ⅲ级者 9例 (2 0 9% )。结论 表面麻醉具有球周及球后麻醉同样的效果 ,又可避免球周及球后麻醉诸多潜在危险 ,使手术变得更加简单而安全。

Objective To observe the effects of the topical anesthesia in small incision sutureless nonphacoemulsification. Methods The topical anesthetic agent was adopt 0.5% Alcaine(ALCON). Results In the 430 cases,anesthetic effects achieved Ⅰ degree in 395 cases (91.86%),Ⅱ degree 26 cases(6.05%),Ⅲ degree 9 cases(2.09%). Conclusion Topical anesthesia possess same effect as retobulbar and preibulbar anesthesia and more safe and effective for IOL implantation.
