非穿透性小梁切除联合生物胶植入术临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨非穿透性小梁切除联合透明质酸钠生物胶植入术后临床效果。方法 手术 3 8例 ,随访 1年 ,术后通过裂隙灯观察眼内变化、复查眼压、房角镜 ,视力及视野。结果 眼压 :术后第 1天平均眼压低于 10mmHg ;术后第 1周 8~ 11mmHg;术后 1月平均眼压 (14 .2± 2 .8)mmHg ;术后 3月平均眼压 (14 .6± 1.4)mmHg ;术后 1年平均眼压 (15 0± 1.1)mmHg(1mmHg =0 .13 3kPa)。视力 :术后 1年视力较术前无变化或略有提高。视野 :术后 1月较术前无变化或略有提高。术后房角镜下可见小梁网后有一减压房存在。术后并发症少。结论 本手术是一种对开角青光眼理想 ,安全 ,有效的手术术式。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect for combination SKGEL implantation and nonpenetrating trabeculectomy(NPT). Methods 38 patients (38 eyes) with open angle glaucoma had been run non-penetrating trabeculectomy and were retrospectively analyzed,among which introcular pressure(IOP),vision,visual field,slit lamp,inflammation,filtering bleb and complications were observed before and after surgery. Results After operation,the IOP was 8~11 mmHg in the first week,14.2±2. 8mmHg in the first month,14.6±1.4mmHg in third month,15.0±1.1mmHg in one year.The examination showed that the transparent liquid space existed.Visual field and vision had no change or improved slightly.Conclusions NPT appears to provide reasonable control of IOP,with few complication.Combination SKGEL implantation and NPT is considered one of the most effective ways to cure open-angle glaucoma.
