仪器法和手工法对副流感嗜血杆菌鉴定和分型的结果比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的 比较Vitek 60微生物自动分析系统与传统手工方法对嗜血杆菌鉴定与生物分型的结果 ,了解Vitek 60微生物自动鉴定仪对嗜血杆菌鉴定与生物分型结果的可靠性。方法 用嗜血杆菌专用平板 (HAE)进行分离培养 ,同时用推荐的手工方法和Vitek 60微生物自动分析系统对 114株嗜血杆菌进行鉴定和生物分型。结果 手工法与仪器法对嗜血杆菌鉴定结果的符合率为 10 0 % ,而生物分型的符合率仅为 66.4%。我院分离的嗜血杆菌以副流感嗜血杆菌为主 ,其生物分型主要为Ⅰ型。结论 Vitek 60微生物自动分析系统能正确鉴定嗜血杆菌 。 Objective To compare the results from the indentification and the biotyping of Haemophilus by the Vitek-60 system and the manual method. Methods Haemophilus was cultured in the simple selective culture medium, 114 strains were indentified and biotyped by the two methods respectively. Results The results of indentification of Haemophilus by the Vitek-60 system were identical with the manual method while the results of biotyping of Haemophilus were only 66.4% accordance between the two methods. The main Haemophilus obtained was H. parainfluenzae and the main biotype was biotype Ⅰ. Conclusion The Vitek-60 system was reliable and accurate in the indentification of Haemophilus. But in the biotyping of Haemophilus, there was a certain discrepancy compared with the manual method.
