两种定标方式对血清前白蛋白免疫透射比浊测定结果的影响

The effect of different calibration ways on prealbumin assay with immunoturbidimetry.

目的 比较不同定标方式对血清前白蛋白测定结果的影响。方法 采用免疫透射比浊两点定标和多点定标方式检测血清前白蛋白 ,其中低值组 ( <2 0 0mg/L) 81例 ,中值 ( 1)组 ( 2 0 0～ 3 0 0mg/L) 87例、中值 ( 2 )组( 3 0 1～ 40 0mg/L) 95例 ,高值组 ( >40 0mg/L) 5 2例 ,共 3 15例。 结果 两点定标方式下 ,4组血清前白蛋白测定结果分别为 ( 145 .80± 3 3 .68)mg/L、( 2 46.12± 2 5 .48)mg/L、( 3 5 5 .0 7± 2 3 .73 )mg/L、( 466.3 3± 2 6.13 )mg/L ,CV( % )分别为 2 3 .10 %、10 .3 5 %、6.68%、5 .60 % ;而同批样本用多点定标 ,并用多元回归确定标准曲线的测定结果分别为 ( 193 .16± 2 7.78)mg/L、( 2 5 9.97± 2 1.68)mg/L、( 3 3 4.5 7± 2 2 .66)mg/L、( 42 6.2 9± 18.78)mg/L ,CV( % )分别为 14.3 8%、8.0 3 %、6.77%、4.41%。

Objective To observe the effect of different calibration ways on prealbumin assay with immunoturbidimetry. Methods Using 2 point calibration and 5 point calibration, 315 samples were measured for prealbumin with immunoturbidimetry including 81 cases of low value group (<200 mg/L), 182 cases o middle value group (200-400 mg/L) and 52 cases of high value group. Results Using 2 point calibration, the prealbumin value were 145.80±33.68 mg/L, 246.12±25.48 mg/L, 355.07±23.73 mg/L and 466.33±26.13 mg/L, CV% value were 23.10%, 10.35%, 6.68% and 5.60% respectively. Using 5 point calibration, the prealbumin value were 193.16± 27.78 mg/L,259.97±21.68 mg/L, 334.57±22.66 mg/L and 426.29±18.78 mg/L, CV% value were 14.38%, 8.03%, 6.77% and 4.41% respectively. Conclusion The results showed that different calibration ways result in a big effect on Prealbumin assay.
