氨基胍在感染性休克中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 诱导型一氧化氮合酶过度表达引起的病理生理改变被认为是感染性休克的中心环节,氨基胍能选择性地抑制该酶的活性,并在很大程度上保留了结构型一氧化氮合酶的生理功能,故氨基胍能明显提高感染性休克动物血管对儿茶酚胺的反应性,增加血管张力,提高平均动脉压,恢复血管通透性,减轻肺水肿,提高肺顺应性,降低肺循环阻力,减轻肺损伤,对胃肠道、心脏、肾脏、肝脏和胰腺都有一定的保护作用,但也可能产生低血糖、酸中毒、高乳酸血症等副作用。氨基胍因其独特的选择性抑制作用具备良好的临床应用前景。
