儿童单纯性肥胖症与2型糖尿病研究现状与进展 被引量：4

摘要 儿童2型糖尿病发病率呈上升趋势,这与种族、遗传、肥胖、低出生体重等因素密切相关。大量研究表明儿童单纯性肥胖症是2型糖尿病发病的独立高危因素。本文对国内外近年来儿童2型糖尿病的流行病学、肥胖并发2型糖尿病的发病机制、临床特征、诊断及治疗方面的研究进行综述。
