摘要 尿嘧啶N糖基化酶是碱基切除修复过程中的重要组分。本文从酶的概况、在生物体内的分布范围、人尿嘧啶N糖基化酶的基因结构、基因表达与调控、酶的作用机制等方面进行了介绍 ,并讨论了进一步研究的意义与方向。 uracil N- glycosylase(UNG)is one of the key enzymes in base excision repair(BER)procedure.This review summed up the structure,expression and regulation of the UNG gene; introduced the function and mechanism of this enzyme; discussed the importance and possible directions of the future research. ;
