摘要
对过氧化氢 (H2 O2 )应激条件下产生的活性酵母衍生物 (LiveYeastCellDerivative,LYCD)进行了研究。结果表明 :LYCD对细胞具有明显的促呼吸作用 ,其作用大小与制备LYCD过程中所加入的H2 O2 的刺激强度有关。另外 ,对LYCD中两种重要的抗氧剂———还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的测定分析结果显示 :在H2 O2 的作用下 ,应激反应发生 15min时 ,LY CD中SOD的比活力最强 ;发生 30min时 ,GSH的含量最高 ,不同的应激产物有各自产生的最佳时间。
The study was based on Live Yeast Cell Derivative (LYCD),which was produced by live yeast cell treated with H 2O 2.The experiment suggested that LYCD had the ability to improve cellular respiration,and this ability was affected by the action of H 2O 2 added in the process of producing LYCD. By determinating and analyzing the two important antioxidant in LYCD--Reduced glutathione (GSH) and Superoxide dismutase (SOD),the following conclusions were drawn:the specific activity of SOD in LYCD was strongest after the cell was treated with H 2O 2 for 15min,while the quantity of GSH reached the highest at 30min,this two products of oxidative stress appeared different available producing time respectively.
