云南元宝枫种子含油量及其脂肪酸成分分析

COMPONENTS ANALYSIS OF UNSATURATED FATTY ACID OF PURE OIL FROM ACER IRUNCATUM BUGE IN YUNNAN

测定了元宝枫 (AcertruncatumBuge)种仁的油脂含量 ,含油量为 4 2 6 0 %。其油经甲酯化后 ,用GC/MS仪器鉴定 ,共检出十二种脂肪酸 ,并测定了含量。其中不饱和脂肪酸含量达 92 % ,神经酸 (15 二十四碳烯酸 )含量为 5 2 5 %。

The chemical components of pure oil from Acer Truncatum Buge were analyzed by GS/MS and GC method.Twelve components were identified and their structures were determined.The content of unsaturated fatty acid in pure oil of Acer truncatum Buge from Yunnan is 92% and the content of 15 tetracosenic a.,which has not been discovered in oil from other Acer truncatum Buge,is 5 52%.
