超临界CO_2萃取石香薷挥发油工艺的研究 被引量:12

摘要 石香薷 (Molsachinensis)为多年生草本植物 ,具有重要的药用价值。本文首次探讨了超临界CO2 萃取的压力、温度、流量、时间等条件对石香薷挥发油收率的影响 ,确定其最佳萃取条件 :萃取压力15MPa,温度 4 5℃ ,CO2 流量 2 5kg/h和 90min ,得率为 3.5 6 %。水蒸气蒸馏提取得率为 1.6 2 % ,石油醚提取得率为 1.87%。结果表明超临界CO2 萃取挥发油比后二者质优 ,收率大大提高 ,萃取时间短 ,无溶剂残留。 Molsa chinensis, an annual herb plant, is an important medical plant in China. In the paper, we firstly studied the effect on the pressure, the temperature, the CO 2 flowing, extracting time to the extraction rate of the volatile oil by supercritical CO 2 extraction, and determined its optimal extracting conditions: the pressure 15 Mpa, the temperature 45 ℃, CO 2 flowing rate 25 kg/h and the time 90 min. The volatile oils were obtained by supercritical CO 2, steam distillation and petroleum ether extraction, extraction rate3.56%, 1.62% and 1.87% respectively. The results show that the qualities of the volatile oil by supercritical CO 2 extraction is better than two the latter, extraction rate higher, and the time extracting shorter, without solvent remainder.
