在倾斜工况作业下的工程机械用发动机润滑系的改进

Engine Lubricating System Improvement for Construction Equipment Working at Large Slope Condition

工程机械在有坡度工况下作业,超过普通工程机械发动机允许的倾斜角度时,机油泵会吸到空气,破坏正常的润滑,造成机损。设计在发动机润滑油吸油管道上增加一个自动控制阀可实现任何角度下油泵都不吸空,保证正常润滑。

When construction equipment operates at a slope whose angle of inclination is beyond allowed engine inclination, the lubricating system of engine will draw air to harm the engine's normal operation. This paper introduces an improvement by installing an auto control valve in the pipe of lubricating system to realize eliminating the vacuum phenomenon.
