介绍内花键检具的结构、设计原理、使用方法等,该检具可以快速测出内花键棒间距,从而调整外花键加工参数,使二者达到较好配合,解决了二者装配难的问题。
This paper introduces the structure, designing principle and usage of a detector for internal spline. The detector for internal spline may measure rapidly the interval between internal spline bars so as to adjust manufacturing parameters of external spline to solve the difficulty of assembly of brake camshaft and clearance adjusting arm.
