摘要
随着我国综合国力的逐年增强 ,房地产业作为国民经济的重要产业已经进入稳步成长期 .物业管理是房地产综合开发的延续和完善 ,以物业管理为核心而形成的产业 ,已被人们视作现代城市的朝阳产业 .由于经济发展的不平衡及地域环境不同等原因 ,我国北方地区物业管理水平相对南方地区更显落后 ,已从一个侧面制约着房地产业的稳步发展和城市现代文明的发展进程 .为此 ,本文在分析存在问题的基础上 ,结合北方地区环境 ,提出了“物业管理是事业”、“以物业养物业”、“用文化经营物业”、“科学、生态、智能加亲情发展物业”等物业管理理念 ,以期为促进物业管理产业可持续发展奠定基础 .
With the stronger comprehensive power of our state year after year,real estate has entered the period of steady growth as an important industry in national economy.Property management is the continuance and perfectibility of real estate general development and real estate formed on the focus of property management has been looked as the urban morning industry.Because of the imbalance of economic development and the difference of district circumstances and for other reasons,the property management level in the north is more underdeveloped compared to that in the south in our nation.And it has confined the steady development of real estate and process of urban civilization form one side,so on the base of analyzing the existing problems and according to the circumstance in the north,the essay prefered some property management ideas such as 'property management is project','to support property by property','to manage property by culture','to develop property with science,biology.Intellect and passion'.The aim is to make the base for speeding continuable development of property management industry.
