本文通过对21世纪人类生活方式变化趋势的分析，展望了未来住宅设计的构想，力求设计工作者以“新设计方法”设计出适合我国国情的、跨世纪的住宅．
Abstract: This article is about the conception for the future residential design throughanalysing the variational trend of the human life style in the 21st century, striving to helpdesigners with 'an original designing approach' schemes out the dwelling house which issuitable for our nation's culture and spans the century.
