摘要 目前在中国寒冷地区使用的外墙饰面砖砂浆,普遍存在着抗冻性差、粘结强度低、耐久性差等缺点,致使外地饰面砖脱落,破坏了应有的装饰效果和保护作用.本研究,利用改性高分子聚合物乳液,制成聚合物水泥砂浆,该砂浆具有抗冻性好、粘结强度高、抗渗性好、耐久性好等优点.抗冻性:冻融循环100次合格;粘结强度达到2.0MPa,是一种理想的抗冻性外墙饰面砖专用砂浆. Several shortcomings exist in the currently used exterior wall facing mortar in the Northernparts of China, such as poor frost resistance, low adhesion strength and short durability. These characters often resulted in unexpected pullout of the facing tiles, and hence, spoilt decorative and protective effects. In this article,a new type of mortar for exterior wall facing tile, polymer cement mortar made up with a kind of modified polymer emulsion, is introduced. The advantages of the new mortar are: (1) better frost resistance, which is reflected by stability after one hundred cycles of freezing and thawing; (2) higher adhesion strength (2.0 MPa); (3) good permeability resistance ; and long durability. It is believed that the new mortar is an ideal building mortar suitable for the resistance of frost damage for exterior wall facing tile.
