首先介绍了“数字黄河”的概念 ,并对GPS、RS、GIS及“3S”集成技术进行系统地阐述 ,最后 ,初步探讨了“3S”及其集成技术在“数字黄河”中的应用。

Digital Yellow River is a yellow river information (especially spatial information) service system based on network. GPS, RS, GIS are three core techniques of Digital Yellow River during the process of capturing, updating, storing, managing, analyzing and applying spatial information. In this paper, firstly, the notion of Digital Yellow River is introduced. Then GPS, RS, GIS and the Integration of '3S'are set forth by the numbers. Finally, the applications of 3S in Digital Yellow River are discussed.
