利用ArcIMS软件,提出了一个基于WebGIS的城市地图快速更新方法。并对该方法的功能组成、功能设计以及功能使用等进行了具体介绍。该方法的应用将使防震减灾系统更具有实用价值。

With ArcIMS software, a WebGIS based method for easily updating the city digital map is represented in this paper. Meanwhile, the function framework and its design and application are described in detail. 
