摘要
研究了聚苯胺(PAn)和乙炔炭黑(CB)填充于腈橡胶(NBR)的吸波性能.并就其组成、配比、硫化条件对吸波性能的影响进行分析和讨论.结果表明:在NBR/PAn复合材料中,随着PAn含量(在40~100份之间)的增加,其最大吸收衰减增大;NBR/CB复合材料在CB含量达100份时,最大衰减达12dB;硫化能改善材料的吸收性能.
The microwave absorbing properties of butadieneacrylonitrile rubber(NBR) filled with polyaniline(PAn)/carbon black(CB)have been studied.The effect of the components and proportions of the composites and the conditions of vulcanization on microwave absorptive properties are also analyzed and discussed.The results show that the biggest absorption of NBR/PAn composites is improved with the PAn increased(between 40 to 100 phr)and NBR/CB composites have a good absorption above 12dB when the carbon black reaches 100phr.Moreover,the microwave absorptive ability can be improved by crosslinking.
