摘要
泡沫铝合金是一种新型的功能结构材料 ,具有机械强度高、孔隙率可调节、耐高温、不燃烧、重量轻、价格低廉和制造工艺简单等特点。在气压传动排气消声的测试中 ,与铜粉末烧结件相比具有更好的排气性能和消声性能。用泡沫铝合金制成的消声器对于 40 0 0Hz以下噪声可降低 1 0~ 1 5dB ,对于 40 0 0Hz以上的噪声可降低 30dB ,对于废气中残存的一些铅、汞等重金属具有沉淀作用。将其作为排气消声器的消声材料 ,对于改善大气环境。
The foamed alloy aluminum is a new functional and structural material,which possesses high strength,adjustable hole rate and characteristics like heat resistance,fire resistance,light weight,low price and simple manufacturing technology etc.Moreover,in the test of pressure transmission exhaust and silencing of noise,the material shows more properties of exhaust and noise elimination than the burnt copper powder.The muffler with foamed alloy aluminum can lower 10~15 dB of noise below 4 000 Hz and 30 dB of noice above 4 000 Hz,it has a great impact on cohesioning lead,mercury on the exhaust fume.The material of the muffler is adopted the foamed alloy aluminum,which gives rise to great impact on ameliorating the surrounding of atmosphere and governing pollution.
