摘要
探讨了入世以后 ,中国数字图书馆所面临的知识产权问题。指出为了进一步促进知识产权保护的国际化 ,应该掌握既保护他人知识产权 。
This paper discusses the problem of copyright that Chinese digital library is facing after entering WTO. To promote the internationalization of copyright system , we should master the information technology which protects not only the copyright of others but also ourselves.
