本文作者从产学研合作的地位与作用 ,教育、科研、生产的关系与有效结合方面 ,并借鉴发达国家的经验来探讨我国地方工科院校产学研合作发展的运行机制与模式 ,并提出需要进一步探索的问题。

The paper discusses operational models for integrating the indu strial development,teaching and research functions of technical universities und er local jurisdiction in China To support the statement,the paper analyzes the s ignificance of coordination of the above mentioned three functions,interrelatio nship among education,scientific research and manufacture,as well as the experie nce acquired by western countries in practice Questions that need to be further explored are also raised in this article
