摘要
用AZ91D镁合金制样 ,研究了采用碱性镀锌工艺对高纯镁合金进行电镀的预处理工艺性能 .所得镀层均匀致密 ,外观质量良好 ,与基体结合牢固 。
Taking magnesium alloy AZ91D as an investigation sample, the pretreatment process for electroplating of highly pure magnesium alloy is investigated by means of basic zinc plating processing. Thus obtained plating lager is uniform and dense with a fine appearance and strong binding with the matrix of plated metal. Thus, the basic zinc plating can be taken as the pretreatment process for electroplating of highly pure magnesium alloy as well as for that of other metals.
