摘要
为控制非晶薄带成型机转辊表面附加径向跳动度 ,运用动力学的观点对转辊不平衡质量引起的振动响应进行了分析计算 ,建立了其动平衡试验的精度的判据 .研究结果表明 ,要使辊面附加跳动度数值不超过要求数值 (2 0μm)的 5 % ,转辊动平衡精度等级不得低于G2 .
In order to control additional radial runout of the roller surface in glassy ribbon molding equipment, the vibration response on the unbalanced mass of the roller is analyzed and evaluated in the view of dynamics and an accuracy criterion for running balance test is set up. The result suggests that the accuracy level of running balance of the roller should be on less than G2.5 if the additional radial runout of the roller surface required to be less than 5% of the required value (20 μm).
