下一阶段我国吸收外资实行新的项目规模策略,以吸收大型资本为重点,促进外资项目规模向大型化发展,进一步改善外资项目的规模结构。为此,须大力宣传这一策略,加强外商投资项目之间配套发展的政策导向,切实办好现有的外资企业,引导其向大型化方向发展。

That is to say, it should put stress on the absorption and promotion of large-scale foreign investment projects so as to improve their scale structure, This strategy should be publicized and in the meantime the policies oriented towards integrating the supplementary foreign investment projects should be strengthened.
