摘要
在强烈搅拌的条件下 ,用化学沉淀法制备了纳米级的拟薄水铝石 ,然后在适当的条件下煅烧得到超细活性氧化铝 ,讨论了沉淀反应中溶液浓度、气体流量、反应终点 pH值对前驱体晶型的影响 ,以及前驱体的晶体形态对氧化铝形态的影响。用XRD、TEM及BET对产品进行了表征 ,表明本方法可得到粒径小。
Ultrafine active alumina was prepared by calcinating nano sized pseudoboehmite which was produced by a chemical precipitation method under strong agitation. Effects of the factors such as the concentration of solution, gas flux and the final pH value for the precipitation reaction on the morphology of pseudoboehmite were discussed, and its influence on the morphology of the alumina was also studied. The alumina was characterized by XRD?TEM and BET techniques. The results show that nanosized active alumina with a large specific area can be obtained by this method.
