摘要
以乳酸为单体 ,在催化剂存在下乳酸先缩聚后解聚制备了D ,L 丙交酯。考察了蒸馏工艺、催化剂种类对乳酸脱水效率的影响 ;用IR、1H NMR、MS、元素分析、紫外光谱分析对丙交酯进行了表征 ;并考察了丙交酯在不同溶剂中的溶解性。结果表明 ,用辛酸亚锡作催化剂 ,在逐步升温后期减压的条件下 ,乳酸的脱水量达 95 %以上。
The D,L lactide was prepared from D,L lactic acid with the stannous octoate as the catalyst and the factors affecting the preparation were discussed. The lactide was characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS, elemental analysis and Ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results show that the water weight detached from the lactic acid is 95% and the structure of lactide is cyclic diester.
