摘要 本文综述了 L i、Li- C电极表面化学、形态研究的特点 ,论述了 FTIR、XPS和 AFM在研究 Li、Li- C电极的表面化学和形态中的应用及优缺点。 The characteristics of surface chemistry and morphology on Li and Li-C electrodes are reviewed.The advantage and disadvantages of FTIR,XPS and AFM in the studies of surface chemistry and morphology on Li and Li-C electrodes are discussed.
