Site Determination of 15 Elements in Copper Field by SPECTROSCAN-U Portable Wavelength Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer

采用 SPECTROSCAN- U型便携式波长色散 X射线荧光光谱仪 ,使用粉末样品压片制样 ,现场分析了某铜矿区样品中的 Cu、Pb、Zn、Co、Ni、Cr、V、Ti、Mn、Rb、Sr、Zr、Y、Ca、Fe等 15种元素 ,获得了较好的精密度与准确度。用现场分析数据圈出的异常图与室内化学分析数据圈出的异常图符合较好 ,为野外现场快速分析作了有益的尝试。

A X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method has been developed for determination of Cu,Pb,Zn,Ni,V,Cr,Mn,Ti,Rb,Sr,Y,Zr,Co,Ca and Fe in copper field with pressed powder pellet by SPECTROSCAN-U portable wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.The inter-element effect was corrected by experience coefficients,and using second order Compton scattered radiation as internal standard,the results of this method are satisfactory.The geochemical abnormal maps drawn by using the site datum are in agreement with that using the chemical datum in the laboratory.
