Structure Characterization and Resolution of Spiro cyclopropane Compounds Containing Multiple Chiral Centers

摘要 通过 IR,1 H NMR,1 3C NMR,UV,MS以及 X射线晶体衍射测定方法来确认一类新的手性螺 -环丙烷化合物的化学结构 .为研究新的螺环 The functionalized spiro cyclopropane compounds containing multiple stereogenic centers 1a-1g were obtained in good yields with e.e .≥98%. The chemical structure of the interesting compounds 1 was established on the basis of their spectroscopic data, such as UV, IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and MS. The spectroscopic characteristics of these title compounds are reported in detail. This result can provide an important and valuable value to recognize the structure of some complex molecules containing spiro cyclopropane skeleton with multiple chiral centers.
