本文概括介绍了高炉控制系统故障逐年增多、维护成本高的问题,主要讨论了由Modicon控制系统转换升级为Control Logix 5000控制系统的方法。从根本上保障高炉的稳定运行,大大提高工作效率的同时,也达到精确控制成本的目的,满足日益提高的高炉工艺的需求。
This paper introduces the problem of increasing failure year by year and high maintenance costs,Mainly discusses method of transformation to upgrade to Control Logix automatic control system by Mdicon. Fundamentally guarantee the stable operation of blast furnace, greatly improve the work efficiency, also achieve the purpose of precise control cost, meet the needs of increasing blast furnace process.
