摘要
本文针对机床的电气控制系统中的润滑控制部分进行了研究,并加以设计改进。本改进的控制系统可实时监控到润滑控制系统的工作状况,从而保证了数控机床的机械部件可以得到很好的润滑,本控制系统还可根据数控机床工作的状态,对润滑供油进行自动调整,设置循环的时间,达到了节约润滑油的目的。
In the light of the electric control system of machine tool lubrication control section are studied, and the design is improved. The improved control system can be real-time monitoring to the working condition of lubrication control system, so as to guarantee the mechanical parts of Nc machine tools can get a good lubrication. According to the state of Nc machine tools work, this control system can also automatically adjust, set cycle time to lubricate and achieved the purpose of oil saving.
