高空作业清洗机器人的PLC控制系统设计

摘要 随着社会的发展,人民的生活水平得到提升和生活质量得到改善,越来越关注智能化的发展。现如今高楼大厦平地起,需要对高层玻璃进行定期清洗,但高空作业会给人带来生命安全问题,这就需要制造出能代替人工操作的机器人,来满足人们的需求。本文针对高层玻璃幕墙清洗机器人PLC控制系统进行设计,并介绍了控制系统的组成、机器人本体的基本功能、硬件的选取以及控制系统的软件设计。 With the development of society, people's living standards have been improved and the quality of life improved, more and more attention to the development of intelligent. Nowadays, high-rise buildings, need to clean the high-level glass regularly, but the highaltitude operation will bring human life safety problems, which needs to create a robot that can replace the artificial operation to meet the needs of people. The PLC control system of the cleaning robot for high-level glass curtain wall is designed, and the composition of the control system, the basic function of the robot body, the selection of hardware and the software design of the control system are introduced.
