摘要
本文对某炼钢厂直弧型连铸机结晶器宽面夹紧装置出现的事故进行了深入分析,对其设计及工作原理进行了研究,结合现场具体工况进行了分析和计算,准确调整了结晶器宽面铜板处夹紧装置的预紧力,较好地解决了浇钢过程中结晶器铜板过载打开的故障,避免产生结晶器接缝超标及跑锥等问题,保证生产的正常运行。
In this paper,the accident of wide-face clamping device of Mould of straight arc continuous caster in a steelmaking plant has been analyzed in depth,and its the design and working principle are studied,combined with the site condition is analyzed and calculated,accurate adjustment of the Mould width copper clamping device pre-tightening force,better solved in the process of casting steel mold copper plate overload failure to open,avoid the problems of over standard joint and taper running,and ensure the normal operation of production.
