浅析我国与欧共体的农产品贸易

A Brief Analysis of the Agricultural Product Trade between China and the European Common Market

欧共体制定的服务于共同农业政策的农产品贸易政策是一种保护性贸易政策。对与之竞争的农产品的进口欧共体进行严格限制,但其生产不足的非竞争性产品,极少受到贸易保护的影响。我国应针对欧共体市场的特点,优化农产品出口结构,加强对欧共体农副土特产品生产基地的建设,加快贸工农一体化进程,充分利用普惠制和进口配额,尽快争取恢复我国在关贸总协定的缔约国地位。

The agricultural product trade policy made by the European common Market to serve the common agricultural policy is a protectionist policy. The European Common Market strictly restricts the import of competitive agricultural products. But the products which are in short supply are seldom influenced by trade protection.In accordance with the characteristics of the European Common Market, we should, improve the export structure of the agricultural product; strengthen the construction of the production base of agricultural foodstuffs and special local products for the European Common Market; quicken up the course of the unification of trade, industry and agriculture; fully make use of the general preferential system and import quotas; and resume as soon as possible China's qualifications as a GATT member state.
