我国大型工业企业与外贸企业跨国经营比较研究

A Comparative Study of the Transnational Management between China's Large Industrial Enterprises and Foreign Trade Enterprises

本文以中化总公司和首钢公司为个案,就我国大型工业企业与外贸企业在发展跨国经营中的海外投资动因、多元化经营战略、跨国经营的优势等重大问题作了深入的比较研究,提出商品经济诱使论的观点,认为两者多元化经营战略基本相同,各具优势,同时又都缺乏高质索的跨国经营人材。今后,我国跨国公司的发展战略以大型工业企业为主、外贸专业总公司及其他金融性、服务性大型公司为辅较为适合国情。

Taking China National Chemicals Corporation and the Capital Iron and Steal Company as examples, the author makes a deep comparative study of the big problems such as the motives and reasons for foreign investment, the management strategy of pluralization and the superiority of transnational management. He also puts forward an idea of induction in commodity economy. He thinks that the management strategies of pluralization for the two companies are almost alike and each has its own superiorities. At the same time, they are lack of talented persons of high qualities in transnational management. In future, the developing strategy of China's transnational companies should take the large industry enterprises as its main factor, the general company of foreign trade and other large financial and service companies as its supplementary factors.
