摘要
全面介绍了强化型管口轴承座的研制工作,进行了初步结构原理的动力学分析,并且测试了数种不同结构参数的轴承座的工作力矩特性。结果表明:2030型轴承座能够使自动清洗螺旋纽带的工作力矩提高235%,使自转需要的流速降低到0.30m/s,并且流体阻力不大,只有1200Pa。因此,这种强化型轴承座能使塑料光滑纽带在低流速传热设备中广泛应用,结构又简单,具有很高的工程应用价值。
The operation efficiency is reduced seriously by water fouling in heat exchangers of low flowing velocity. The technique of twisted strips of selfcleaning away fouling cannot be used because the flowing velocity is too low and the rotational moment is too small. The authors described in detail the development of the new bearing, which can enlarge the moment, using dynamics analyses of the structural principle. In experiments, the moment wastested for bearings of different structure parameters. The results show that, for the bearing no. 2030, the moment can be increased by 235% and the required lowest flowing velocity is only 0.30 m/s. The flowing resistance is not large and only 1 200 Pa. So, the new kind of bearing makes plastic twisted strips be applied widely in heat exchangers of low flowing velocity. Its structure is simple and it is of great value in engineering appliance.
