摘要
研究了在脉冲磨料射流中自激振荡频率对磨料在射流中分布的影响。通过改变振荡腔长度来调节脉冲磨料射流的自激振荡频率,研究了在不同自激振荡频率下磨料在射流中的分布情况。通过分析实验结果得出,磨粒向射流中心的聚集效果一开始时随着腔长的增大而变好,当出现最佳效果后又随着腔长的增加而变差。总之,在磨料射流中,通过自激振荡激励使磨料粒子向射流中心聚集,存在一个最佳激励频率范围(150~300Hz)。
The authors researched the effects of self-excited oscillating frequency on distribution of abrasive particles in pulsed abrasive water jet. The frequency of self-excited oscillating can be adjusted by changing the length of oscillating chamber. The distribution of abrasive particles in jet in various frequency was investigated. Through analyzing the results of experiments, as the length of oscillating chamber increasing, the effect of concentration of abrasive particles in jet center is getting well, and then the effect is getting bad after appearance of optimal effect. In conclusion, there existed a optimal range of frequency(150-300Hz) of self-excited oscillating, madding abrasive paticles amass in the center of water jet by self-excited oscillating excitation.
