摘要
研究了新型碳化物贝氏体耐磨钢不同回火温度下的组织与力学性能。结果表明,无碳化物贝氏体耐磨钢具有较高的回火抗力,在300~350℃回火具有良好的综合力学性能,450℃回火出现回火脆性。提出了适合无碳化物贝氏体耐磨钢的最佳回火工艺,并介绍了无碳化物贝氏体钢的工况及应用结果。
The authors researched on the microstructure of a new non-carbide bainite abrasion resisting steel under the different tempering temperatures and its dynamic performance. The results shows that non-carbide bainite abrasion resisting steel, has hign tempering resistance. It has good synthetic dynamic performance tempering at 300-350℃ ,and tempering brittleness at 450℃. They put forward the optimum tempering process for non-cabide bainite abrasion resisting steel, in addition,introduced the applied effect of the steel.
